2/22/25 Important for Scheduling!

This message has gone out to all of my established clientele base in my current service areas. I so value your kindness and patience through everything I have been navigating over the past couple of months. It has been a lot for me personally, as well as for my small business.
I know there are many questions for me about everything and I would like to try to explain updates in one place. I love connecting with all of you at our quick appointments, but I also must be focused on your animals' specific needs for services. And, it can be kind of traumatic re-living it all over and over again. I want to be as transparent as possible so there are no miscommunications or pets not receiving needed services 😊
My time out on the roads now that the poor weather has lifted will be extremely limited and valuable to many waiting for needed care services.
Please, please take a few moments to review the following updates so I can quickly work to get all pets scheduled absolutely as soon as possible.

Software Update
Online Booking
During my downtime, I tried to be productive and find ways to improve my business as a whole, for all of you and for me.
When I noticed the pet software I had originally onboarded with was struggling to keep up, glitching, and holding me back, I decided during this time away from services I needed to secure a better program.
Because I see 2-3x the volume of pets a day/week for quicker, routine services than a full-service mobile groomer would, I must have a flawless pet software that can handle lots of appointments without problems.
My business is also very unique, so finding the right fit was critical for me to best meet the needs of my clients as well as my mobile needs. After meeting with a handful of companies and lots of demo's, I am confident this switch will empower my business in all of the right ways.
I have pre-added all necessary client information for you already, so logging in and scheduling should be a breeze! You can also utilize MoeGo's Pet Parent App to manage your pet's care if you so choose.

Keeping all conversations regarding pets, scheduling, etc in one place is essential for me to keep from missing messages coming in from various sources.

Weekly Availability
I miss everyone so much and I know many pets need to be seen. I want to schedule as efficiently as I can so I can maximize the number of pets I am catching up daily.
Lessening drive times and scheduling appointments close together helps me see more animals needing me each day, especially since I have reverted to my old van for the time being.
I do service many areas regularly, so I will be working to divide my availability between everyone the best that I can.
I am only offering Weekly Availability at this time until I can work at full capacity again. There will also be times in the coming few months that I will need to be away from trimming to get my replacement vehicle ready for use with upfitters.
Please understand this must be a priority at times so I will have a safe, reliable vehicle to continue working in when the extreme heat comes this summer.
I will resume a standing schedule option for those that would like when I know I can accommodate that style of scheduling.

I apologize for any inconvenience for those who live outside of these areas. I will re-evaluate my service areas once I have my replacement vehicle ready.
