Over 10 Years of Professional Animal Welfare Experience

Throughout all my life, animals have been my passion. I spent ten years working as a certified Animal Control Officer and Humane Investigator, rescuing thousands of domestic animals from abuse, neglect, and homelessness. I organized numerous low-cost vaccination and microchip clinics for local pets in need. Additionally, I created a successful Trap-Neuter-Rehome program to humanely remove feral cat colonies from our community and provide them with purpose in working barn homes to serve as natural rodent control.  I have worked with many other shelters nationwide to arrange safe transport for transferred pets for adoption. I've captured and rescued many injured wildlife animals, then transported them to licensed rehabilitation centers until they could then be released back into their original habitat. I used social media outlets to give a voice to the voiceless and to give animals an identity by telling their unique stories that led them to their new homes.

A Business was Born

During my time as an officer and shelter manager, I witnessed many cases in which pet neglect wasn't intentional, but resulted from the simple issue of transportation for services. This was a major struggle for senior citizens and the physically impaired. After leaving the animal control field, I started my own unique mobile pet care services business to meet the needs of those who struggle to get their pets to the care they need. My approach for high-anxiety pets has proven to be extremely beneficial for both them and their owners. I custom-outfitted multiple mobile units capable of suspending and harnessing pets of all sizes to keep them safely contained for services, right in their own driveway. Many pets that previously required heavy medications or full sedation for nail trimming, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, and other routine care services no longer struggle at all.

Bringing Care to Pets in a Big Way

animal welfare

My monthly appointment-based service business ensures pets' general care needs are met between visits to their regular veterinarian. I have seen the impact my business has made for thousands of pets and fully intend to continue adding more services in the future.  Such as, acupuncture, laser therapy, massage and chiropractic care, dietary consults and eventually, mobile vet care to include routine surgeries and exams. I firmly believe that animals should not have to fear general services that keep them healthy and I also highly encourage owners to know they don't have to be fearful, either.

More often than not, animals go without care if their owner does not fully understand the need or how to provide the care for their pet. How sad it must be as a pet to be loved by your human but not understand why they won't help you feel better? I witnessed these scenarios daily as an ACO and I still witness it today in the animal welfare industy. Bridging the gap by bringing routinely-scheduled, mobile care services directly to pets has been a great accomplishment to me.

Do You Service Cats?

Please request an appointment online and we will evaluate if our services will be the best fit for your pet(s). When completing the intake, please be descriptive about the personality and characteristics of your pet(s) in question so a pet pro can contact you for further details.

Why Isn't Full Service Mobile Grooming Included?

This business was established to provide pets with a proactive option for high-anxiety nail trims and other basic care services that owners struggle to provide themselves or cannot transport their pets for. While regular grooming, especially for long-haired breeds, is very important to a pet's general health and hygiene, this is not currently a service offered with SpawtOn Mobile Pet Care Services.

Please see our Resources page for alternative mobile pet care services in the area.

What Forms Of Payment Are Accepted?

Payment can be made by the following options:

Cash/Check

Credit/Debit Cards

Venmo

Cashapp

ApplePay

Your Pet Pro will assist you with payments prior to/at your appointment.

Do My Pets Need To Be Vaccinated To Be Serviced?

While it is not a current requirement for vaccination records to be kept on file to receive services, it is expected your pet(s) be up-to-date on their Rabies Vaccination at the least. You will also be prompted to enter your veterinarian's information when completing the intake form.

SpawtOn Mobile Pet Care Services strives for safety for your pets and for staff members. While regular cleaning & sanitizing is done within the workspace of the vehicle, keeping pets vaccinated can prevent various zoonotic diseases from being contracted or from spreading to others.

What If My Monthly Appointment Falls On A National Holiday?

If you are a Monthly Membership client and an upcoming appointment falls on a National Holiday, your Pet Pro will contact you with advance notice prior to the appointment date to offer a make-up appointment date. This will be at no extra charge to you, simply just rescheduled to a different day within a reasonable amount of days from your regular appointment date.

What If My Pet Pro Has To Cancel My Appointment?

There may be times that your Pet Pro needs to be absent from services for a day due to unforeseen personal or health reasons. We work very hard to be reliable and stick to the regular schedule as much as possible, but this is inevitable at times.
As a courtesy for the inconvenience and our appreciation for client flexibility, a 15% discount will be applied at the rescheduled appointment. If you do not wish to reschedule and instead forfeit the appointment for the month, there will be no cancellation fee charged for the missed appointment and your regular schedule will resume the following month.

What If Weather/Natural Disaster Prevents Keeping An Appointment?

Our outfitted vehicle was designed to safely perform in the extreme heat and cold conditions that arise throughout the year for our area. However, as mobile service providers, taking safety into consideration while we are on the road is a must
If temperatures fall or rise to an unsafe working environment for staff and for your pet(s), there will be a full cancellation of all appointments for the day and a reschedule will be made when conditions are suitable again.
This will also apply to any severe thunderstorm, ice/snow storm, flooding or extreme wind gusts that come into the area while your Pet Pro is out working for the day.

If any weather condition creates unsafe or unsuitable driving conditions/pet servicing conditions, pet owners are contacted individually to be reschedule for another appointment in safe working conditions.

Why Is A Depawsit Taken Prior To My Appointment?

SpawtOn Mobile Pet Care Services has many additional responsibilities behind the scenes of appointments. All of this is done to ensure the business can continue to provide everything needed to accommodate as many pets in need as pawsible. Deposits are taken prior to appointments to safeguard the business from taking a loss on No Shows, Late Cancellations, Lost Time and Revenue.

We value the work we do, the services we provide to many in need, and we want to keep bringing care to pets for many years to come, while also expanding to provide more helpful services in the future.
